You set data models, scalable architecture and tech stack.
You lead and coach our engineering team and execute code reviews.
You are responsible for QA.
Apart from being a Tech Lead, you also code hands-on together with the team. You design, implement, and test a scalable architecture to handle multiple user accounts and machines. You design automatic and manual tests to ensure the high quality of the software.
You work with the latest technologies for databases and cloud service providers to deliver the best product for the customer.
You have at least 7-10 years of experience as a back-end engineer.
You are experienced in defining data models, architecture and tech stack.
You are a highly proficient and experienced coder who is used to solving complex problems.
Your work is structured, detail-oriented and excellent. You have ensured clean code in your previous teams.
You can lead and coach junior developers.
Strong written and spoken English (C1) and willingness to relocate to Berlin.
